Kids can learn about how animals survive in the wild with Joy from Joys of Nature on Tuesday, July 28. We’ll be hosting two sessions of this program – one at 3:30 pm and one at 4:30 pm. Register for either session at elizabethtaberlibrary.org/events to save your place in this program. You won’t want to miss meeting live animals at this incredible educational event.
Adults will want to join us back at the Library at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, July 28, for a special lecture by Joy Marzlof about Madagascar’s rainforest and the singing Indri, a species of lemur. This nature and conservation-based program will be chock-full of incredible photographs and information.
On Wednesday, August 5, at 3:00 pm, Kids ages 8-12 are invited to join the Massachusetts Horticultural Society for Natural Dye and Fibers. Learn how plants can be used for dye and make a creation of your own. Registration is required.
