Old Rochester Community Television, Inc. (ORCTV) provides the Public, Education and Government (PEG) cable access programming for Marion, Mattapoisett and Rochester. It oversees the dedicated government access (G) channels for each town (Channel 95); the joint public (P) access channel for all three (Channel 9); and the district-wide education (E) channel (Channel 18).
