Spring is in the air! Come to the Mattapoisett Free Public Library on Sunday, March 31from 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm and hear local author Donna Lee Tufts speak about the process of writing and publishing her recent book “From My Kayak.” The book gives the reader a guided tour of her kayaking in Aucoot Cove in Marion, MA. In the book, Tufts effectively promotes kayaking as a recreational hobby and it is the perfect venue for her beautiful digital photography of the ocean, waterfowl, and reflects the pleasure she takes in her local surroundings.
Signed copies of her book will be available for purchase. The Library is located at 7 Barstow Street and is handicapped accessible.
