Anything Goes at ORR

Anything Goeswill be performed by the Old Rochester Regional High School (ORR) Drama Club onMarch 28-31in the high school auditorium. 

            Anything Goes, with music and lyrics by Cole Porter, tells the story of Reno Sweeney, Billy Crocker, Hope Harcourt, Lord Evelyn Oakleigh, Moonface Martin, and Erma as they set sail on the S.S. American and ride the waves of love triangles, disguises, tap-dancing, and blackmail and hit the high seas of love and adventure. 

            A cast and crew of over one hundred ORR drama students take part in the production of Anything Goes. The cast includes Lilah Gendreau as Reno Sweeney, Eddie Gonet IV as Billy Flynn, Brianna Lynch as Hope Harcourt, Paul Kippenberger as Lord Evelyn Oakleigh, Luke Couto as Moonface Martin, and Kate Marsden as Erma. The production also includes a large ensemble cast and crew from ORR Drama Club. Anything Goesis directed by Jacob Sherburne with musical direction by Michael Barnicle, and choreography by Susan Botelho. 

            Presented in the Gilbert D. Bristol Auditorium of ORR, Anything Goeswill be performed Thursday, March 28 through Saturday, March 30 at 7:30 pm and Sunday, March 31 at 2:00 pm. Ticket are $12 for students and seniors and $15 for adults and are available at The Pen and Pendulum in Mattapoisett, Plumb Corner Market in Rochester, and the Elizabeth Taber Library in Marion.
