Town beach opening party will be held on Saturday, June 20 from 12:00 – 3:00 pm. Join Mattapoisett Recreation for the opening of the Town Beach and the newly renovated Town Beach House.
DJ Desmond Bourne will provide the music, Seahorse Explorer Counselors will be running the Beach Olympics and the Seaport Slip is hosting an ice cream sundae party at 2:30 pm. There will also be crafts and face painting. Please join us for a great time for the entire family
Summer swimming lessons – Join us at the Mattapoisett Town Beach for summer swimming lessons taught by our certified instructors. Options include group or private lessons. Swim level testing is held on Monday and classes run Tuesday through Friday. Classes start June 29. Class size is limited, so sign up early!
School is almost out … Looking for fun activities for your children this summer? Mattapoisett Recreation has many program options. Tennis lessons and our Golf Clinic at The Bay Club are filled, but we still have openings available in Seahorse Explorers Camp, swimming lessons, Musical Theatre and Nature Explorers.
