There will be a special Thanksgiving Community Service at the old Christian Church (Mattapoisett Historical Society building) at 3:00 pm, November 16. We’ll lift our gratitude to God as we hear the combined choirs of Mattapoisett Congregational and St. Anthony’s Catholic churches. Rev. Amy Lignitz Harken will deliver a Thanksgiving message. Please invite your friends and neighbors to join in giving thanks in this historic structure. A special collection will be taken to support the work of the historical society.
