The Tuesday Night Ensign Races were cancelled due to high winds. On Wednesday, the winds were strong but fine for the bigger PHRF fleet. In Class A, Kindred Spirits once again took honors over Restless. In third place was Surprise, followed by Dame and Coconuts. In the Class B fleet, Chickadee came in first, followed by Lindisfarne, Kinsail and Fir Na Tine.
On Friday, June 12 the Mattapoisett Fire Department and Harbormaster put on a boat demonstration at the MBY fuel dock. Also on June 27 MYC will be holding a seminar called “Suddenly In Command.” What happens when the captain can no longer operate the boat you are on. Details are on the MYC website on our social page.
