Sippican Woman’s Club will hold our first Fall meeting on Friday, September 9 at 12:30 pm at our clubhouse “Handy’s Tavern”, 152 Front Street, Marion. Weather permitting, we will meet in the backyard. This will be a welcome back gathering for members and guests. If you are not a member and would like to find out about the club, this would be an opportune time to meet members and find out who we are, the good things we do and what our program calendar is for the upcoming year. A bag lunch prepared by Shipyard Galley will be served with a $3 minimal charge. Members and guests are requested to RSVP with sandwich choice by Monday, September 5 to Eileen Merlino, eileenmerlino42@gamail.com. These are the ½ sandwich choices: ANNIE OAKLEY – roast beef, Amer. cheese, green leaf lettuce, tomato, red onion & Tiger Sauce; BAY CLUB – chicken salad, bacon, and cranberry chutney; VEGGIE – Boursin cheese, green leaf lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion, sprouts, carrots, and sweet peppers.
