The Marion Cemetery Commission is hosting a Historic Gravestone Workshop at Evergreen Cemetery (Route 6 and Converse Road) on September 12, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, with September 13 as a rain date.
The workshop will teach gravestone construction, conservation, cleaning and basic repair. All are welcome, and no experience is necessary. This workshop is free to the public.
