The Annual Meeting of the Mattapoisett Friends of the Council on Aging will be held on Monday, January 8 at 3:00 pm at the Senior Center in Center School, 17 Barstow Street. (Snow date is January 11; same time and place.) The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect a Board of Directors and deal with any legal concerns of its members.
After the meeting, our Attorney, Robert G. Moore, Esq., will give a short talk regarding various legal papers a person should have in their files. He will also address the difference between probate or having one’s estate held in a trust.
All are welcome to attend both the meeting and/or the talk.
