The Friends of the Elizabeth Taber Library are hosting their annual summer book sale on Friday, August 7, through Sunday, August 9, at the Marion Music Hall, located at 164 Front Street in Marion.
You’ll be able to find gently used books, puzzles and games. The sale is open from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm on Friday and Saturday, and 11:00 am to 2:00 pm on Sunday.
The Friends of the Library will accept donations at the Marion Music Hall on Thursday, August 6, and Friday, August 7, from 9:00 am to noon.
Also featured will be Ready, Set, Puzzle. Meet Marion’s world-class speed puzzler, Emma Williamson. Join in the fun for an exciting teen and adult program from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm on Saturday, August 8. Sign up to participate in a Mini Pairs Speed Puzzling Competition, sponsored by Bit & Pieces. A sign-up is available via the Elizabeth Taber Library’s website. The event and competition are free and open to the public as part of the annual Summer Book Sale fundraiser.
