Whether you’re new to meditation or have practiced before, this class offers a welcoming space to slow down, breathe and reconnect with the present moment. He will discuss his 2022 publication Rebels at Sea: Privateering in the American Revolution and hold a Q&A with attendees. This program is supported by a grant from the Mattapoisett Cultural Council, a local agency that is supported by the Mass Cultural Council, a state agency. Registration for this event is optional.
