Unfortunately, Wally could not make the Rochester COA’s last block party due to the weather. However, he is planning on joining us on Saturday, November 7, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm inside of the Rochester Council on Aging, 67 Dexter Lane. We will also be joined by comfort dogs from the office of District Attorney Tim Cruz.
