Town of Marion Employment Opportunity Administrative Services The Town of Marion is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to join the Planning and Conservation Department. This full-time (39 hours per week) benefited position offers a unique opportunuty to help ensure the smooth operation of the office while delivering excellent service to the town's residents and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will assist in a wide range of administrative and clerical duties, supporting the Planning Board and Conservation Commission's daily activities. Key duties include supporting the Department Head in all business related to the Planning Board and Conservation Commssion, managing responses to public inquiries, receiving permit applications, and issuing permit paperwork. An Associate's degree or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required. Pay Rate: Starting at $23.40 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
