Attention All Writers and Artists!

We like Halloween so much at The Wanderer, we want to give you two great reasons to be creative! We'll be holding two very special contests for the month of October!

If you are a writer or artist, get creative and you could be the winner of a Nintendo Wii!


CONTEST #1
Halloween Story Contest
Each week of October we will be printing Halloween stories submitted by our readers. The best story will be selected by an area panel of judges and the winner will receive a Nintendo Wii!
Deadline for entry in the Halloween Story Contest is September 26th at 3pm so start writing!

CONTEST #2
Halloween Cover Contest
On October 30 we will print the winner of the Halloween Cover Contest on the cover of The Wanderer. The best cover will be selected by online voting and the winner will receive a Nintendo Wii!
Deadline for entry in the Halloween Cover Contest is October 16th at noon!

All entries must include a signed copy of the Official Entry Form which can be picked up at The Wanderer office, 55 County Road, Mattapoisett or downloaded by clicking Here

One entry per person per contest.

All artwork submitted becomes the property of Wanderer Com Inc. and cannot be returned.

Artwork is to be used for publication in The Wanderer newspaper and on related web sites for the purpose of this contest and in archival form.

All artwork submitted has been created entirely by the person entering and is wholly original and free of copyright limitations.

Entrants hold no claims with regard to the outcome or awarding of prizes.

Every person who votes in the cover contest will be entered to win a Wanderer Gift Basket. Be sure to vote for your favorite cover from October 17 to October 27 on our website.
