MARION TOWN HOUSE FIRE SUPPRESSION AND ACCESSIBILITY IMPROVEMENTS
The Town of Marion, acting through the Office of the Town Administrator and Chief Procurement Officer, invites sealed bids from qualified, licensed and registered contractors to provide renovation of the Marion Town House to include fire suppression, HVAC and accessibility improvements. Bid documents will be available on Project Dog (projectdog.com - Document #867031) on February 27, 2025, at 1:00pm. Bid documents will also be available for viewing at Projectdog Offices, Unit 8, Newburyport, MA 01950, Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit is scheduled for March 5, 2025, at 10:00 am at the Marion Town House, 2 Spring Street, Marion, MA 02738. Sub Bid Deadline (acoustic tile, electrical, elevator, fire protection, HVAC, lath and plaster, painting, plumbing, masonry and miscellaneous, ornamental iron and tile) is March 14, 2025, at 2:00pm. General Bid deadline is March 25, 2025 at 2:00 pm. The Town of Marion reserves the right to reject any and all bids if it is in the best interest of the Town to do so. Minority and Women's Business enterprise are encouraged to submit bids for this project.
