On Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at 7:05 pm, the Marion Planning Board, pursuant to M.G.L. 40A, S5 and the Town's General Bylaws, will hold a public hearing to consider a legally mandated bylaw addition to the Town of Marion Zoning Bylaws as it relates to Municipal Separate Storm Sewer (MS4) General Permits:
* Add a new section to the Zoning Bylaw to address Municipal Separate Storm Sewer (MS4) General Permits
The public is invited to attend and comment on this matter and may inspect the full text at the Town Hall Annex, 14 Barnabas Road, Office of the Planning Board or at the Town Clerk's office during normal business hours.

The Marion Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 27, at 7:05 pm at the Marion Police Department Conference Room 550 Mill Street, also available via Microsoft Teams (Remote Participation Option), on a Notice of Intent, submitted by Toll Brothers, Inc., for the construction of a 48-unit condominium development with associated clearing, grading, roadways, utilities, and a stormwater management system at 78 Wareham Road.
The site is further identified as Lots 24, 25, 27, 28C, & 29 on Marion Assessors' Map 7. Plans are available at the Town House for review.

Bid documents are only available electronically.
