An Open Hearing of the Rochester Conservation Commission will be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at 7:00 pm regarding a Notice of Intent filed by property owner Michael Oliver, 1009 Walnut Plain Road, Rochester, MA 02770, for property located at 1009 Walnut Plain Road, designated as Lot 17 on Rochester Assessors Map 23. This Open Hearing is being conducted remotely consistent with Governor Baker's Executive Order of March 12, 2020, due to the current State of Emergency in the Commonwealth due to the outbreak of COVID-19.
