Please be advised that beginning on July 1, 2026, the Old Rochester Regional High School will destroy temporary records of students who have graduated or transferred from ORRHS during the years 2017, 2018, and 2019. Temporary records refer to testing reports, copies of report cards, etc. These records may be picked up by the students before disposal. Please contact 508-758-3745 ext. 1424 from now to the end of June, 2026.
The student's transcript or permanent record, will be maintained by the school department for 60 years after graduation, transfer or withdrawal from the High School.

A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Rochester Town Hall Meeting Room regarding a request for an Amended Order of Conditions (DEP File # SE272-0587) made by Steen Realty & Development Corp., 3 Ledgewood Boulevard, Dartmouth, MA 02747, for property located at 22 Cranberry Highway, Rochester, MA 02770, designated as Lot 41C & 50 on Assessor's Map 17. The original Order of Conditions was issued on January 04, 2021 and an Extension Permit was issued on January 16, 2024. The proposed work has been reduced to general grading, the installation of a double catch basin overflow diffuser with associated rip rap and drainpipe, and a small portion of Townhome Building 7 and wood deck. The overflow diffuser will be located approximately 58 ft away from the resource area boundary with the rip rap approximately 44 feet away from the boundary. No work will be performed within the 25 ft no disturb buffer.
The applicant's representative is Allen & Major Associates Inc., 10 Main Street, Lakeville, MA 02347. This hearing is being held under the Massachusetts Wetland Protection Act, MGL Ch. 131, Section 40 and the Town of Rochester Wetland Protection By-Law.
