The Marion Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at 7:10 pm in the main conference room at the Marion Town House, 2 Spring Street, on a Notice of Intent (File No. SE 041-13XX) submitted by THE TOWN OF MARION DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS to construct approximately 6,200 linear feet of 12" water ductile iron water main in Mill Street (Route 6) from the Mill Street Tank to the end of the existing 6" diameter water main in Mill Street between Sparrow Lane and Rocky Knook Lane, including associated service connections, fittings, hydrants, valves, and appurtenances. The new water main will replace an existing hydraulically deficient 6" diameter water main within the project limits.
Plans are available at the Town House for review.
