The Marion Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at 7:00 pm at the Marion Police Station (via Zoom and closed to the public*), on a Request for Determination of Applicability (File # 41D-1761) submitted by Michael Sudofsky, Sky Development, Ltd., to extend gravel parking by adding similar pervious gravel to area, level and prepare parking spaces at 345 Front Street.
The site is further identified as Lot 1B on Marion Assessors' Map 13. Plans are available at the Town House for review.

The Marion Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at 7:10 pm at the Marion Police Station (via Zoom and closed to the public*), on a Notice of Intent (DEP File # SE 041-xxxx), submitted by Joanna W. Wheeler, to remove the existing covered porch located along the southerly side of the house for the purposes of constructing a breezeway and garage addition in the same general location at 860 Point Road.
