Pursuant to G.L. c. 87, SS3 and 4, a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 6:00 pm at the Marion Police Department Conference Room, 550 Mill Street, to consider the removal of the following trees to support construction of the Marion Shared Use Path:
