The Town of Marion, acting through the Office of the Town Administrator and Chief Procurement Officer, invites sealed bids from qualified responders for the sale of a 2006 Boston Whaler Vigilant Patrol Boat (27 feet) powered by two Yamaha 300 HP outboard engines.
Bid Documents may be obtained electronically only; downloaded directly from the Town of Marion website: www.marionma.gov/Bids.aspx starting on Monday, March 16, 2026 at 8:00am. Sealed bid deadline is Friday, April 3, 2026 at 2:00 pm.
The vessel is sold AS IS, WHERE IS with inspections by appointment only.
The Town of Marion reserves the right to reject any and all bids if it is in the best interest of the Town to do so.

The Marion Board of Health will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 4:40 pm in the meeting room of the Marion Police Station at 550 Mill Street on the variance request submitted by Schneider, Davignon & Leone, Inc. pertaining to the property located at 162 Point Road, further identified as Map 1, Lot 15.
The following variances are requested from Title 5 of the State Environmental Code:
310 CMR 15.212: Depth to Groundwater: Leaching Area separation from Seasonal High Groundwater.
