Notice is hereby given that the Town of Rochester Planning Board will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the Town Hall, One Constitution Way, Rochester, MA 02770, regarding a Site Plan Review application filed by Town of Rochester for the property located at 1 Constitution Way identified on Assessor's Map 31, Lot 31.
The applicant is proposing to clear land behind town hall and re-grade with 12" gravel base and stone surface to provide an 8,220 sq ft parking area with a 10-ft wide mulched border on three sides with stormwater management system consisting of grass swale and detention pond. The Mattapoisett Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, December 22, 2025 at 6:30 pm in the Mattapoisett Town Hall on a Notice of Intent submitted by Derek & Kylene Gregoire.
