The Marion Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at 7:10 pm at the MARION MUSIC HALL, 164 Front Street, on a Request for Determination (File No. 41D-1693) submitted by GEORGE TINKHAM to repair/stabilize a seawall by digging a trench behind it and filling it with rip-rap (trap rock) to prevent the soil from washing through it; back filling the washed out soil and then dry stacking rock where needed. All activities are to take place above the mean high water line at 57 Oakdale Avenue.
The site is further identified as Lot 16 on Marion Assessors' Map 12. Plans are available at the Town House for review.
