| Shall the Town of Rochester be allowed to exempt from the provisions of proposition two and one-half, so-called, its allocable share of the bonds of the Old Colony Regional Vocational Technical High School District issued in order to pay costs of designing, constructing, originally equipping and furnishing a new District high school and related athletic facilities, located at 476 North Avenue, Rochester, Massachusetts, including the payment of all costs incidental and related thereto? | |
