ARTICLE S1: To see if the Town will vote to transfer from available funds in the Treasury (Free Cash) the sum of $60,000 to supplement the Fiscal Year 2011 budget of the Department of Public Works to pay the expenses associated with the removal of snow and ice from public ways during said Fiscal Year; or take any other action thereon
