4th of July Parade518 viewsThe Sun finally broke through the clouds to help make for a glorious Tri-Town Fourth of July weekend highlighted by Marion's annual Independence Day Parade, hosted by the Benjamin D. Cushing Post 2425 Veterans of Foreign Wars. Fun with Pollination518 viewsAt the last Cranberry after-school program participants from the Natural History Museum learned about pollinators on the bog. The kids got a chance to see how difficult it is to jump in waders, a job requirement for most bog workers. Many thanks to Dawn Allen of the Cape Cod Cranberry Growers Association for her wonderful programs - and free snacks! The next after-school program will be "Nature Crafts" - a holiday workshop and party at the museum on December 14th at 3:30.
