Marion Holiday House391 viewsThe 33rd annual Marion Holiday House Tour was enjoyed by many on December 9. The annual fundraiser began at the Handy Tavern, the headquarters of the Sippican Woman's Club, which hosted the event. The tavern was built in 1812 and has been owned by the club for many decades. Club historian Jeanine Bruen shared that the club is celebrating its 100th year and for nearly that long has been taking care of this structure in the heart of Marion village. Saint Gabriel’s Episcopal Parish 391 viewsOn Sunday, November 17th parishioners at Saint Gabriel’s Episcopal Parish in Marion created over two hundred apple pies at its annual “Great Pie Challenge”. This annual intergenerational event was brought to Marion by Wendy Reardon who is St. Gabriel’s Director of Youth and Family Formation. About 150 pies will be donated to local organizations who will give them away to people in need. The rest of the pies will be sold as a fundraiser which will help raise money for the 2025 Youth Mission Trip heading to N
