Kids Equipment Fun Day299 viewsSaturday, May 7, was the date for the annual Kids Equipment Fun Day at Washburn Park in Marion, sponsored by Marion Recreation. The kids climbed aboard ambulances, fire trucks, police cruisers, and even the harbormaster’s boat. Sunday, May 29, was a picture perfect day for a parade. Marion Natural History Museum299 viewsOn Wednesday, March 29, the Marion Natural History Museum's afterschool program explored some online mapping programs. We located schools, forested lands, hospitals, and airports, as well as many ocean features and historic shipwrecks.
