Dreams in Marion549 viewsFleetwood Dreams, a tribute to the music of Fleetwood Mac, will headline the annual benefit concert for the Marion Police Brotherhood at Silvershell Beach on Saturday, July 12 beginning at 8:00 pm. Tickets will be available at the front gate for those who don’t have any and all proceeds will go towards various community programs and events that the Marion Police Brotherhood supports throughout the year.

Celebrating the 4th549 viewsMarion's annual fireworks display attracted several thousand people to the town's Silvershell Beach Park on Friday evening July, 3. The Marion town band entertained the crowd until dusk when the night's big show lit up the sky's above Sippican Harbor. The GBBC is a great citizen-science initiative to gauge how our bird species are doing, and all it takes is 15 minutes to count the number of species and how many of each, and submit your findings to Great Backyard Bird Count (GBBC) website: birdcount.org.
