We took a close look at the insides of cranberries to discover what makes them float, counted seeds - which tell us how many times a plant was fertilized by a bee – and had a chance to see how far we could "bounce" a berry. We also examined the museum's preserved Hawksbill turtle, and the kids got their very own life sized turtle "egg" made of dough to make into their own baby turtle.
