The turnout exceeded past Kids Equipment Fun Day events in Marion, especially last year’s, which was repeatedly postponed and then canceled altogether. Block Party!424 viewsIt was a little earlier than usual, but the annual Marion Block Party on August 28, 2010 went off without a hitch. Children enjoyed cotton candy, a bounce house and face-painting, while the grown-ups enjoyed conversation and good weather.
