Pinewood Derby503 viewsThe Marion Cub Scout Pack 32 took part in its 2017 Pinewood Derby on Saturday, February 11. More than a dozen scouts took part in at least five races, with the fastest finishers pitted against each other down the stretch. Tabor Academy Polar Plunge503 viewsTabor Academy hosted its second annual Polar Plunge on Sunday, January 21 at Silvershell Beach to raise money for the school’s Special Olympics Young Athletes Program. Students from ‘fundraising rival’ Sandwich High also showed up, with scores of students and staff making a dash in and quickly out of the chilly waters. The plunge raised about $8,000.
