Scouts raced carts down Holmes Street in Marion for a chance to help make their den the fastest in the pack. Block Party!432 viewsIt was a little earlier than usual, but the annual Marion Block Party on August 28, 2010 went off without a hitch. Children enjoyed cotton candy, a bounce house and face-painting, while the grown-ups enjoyed conversation and good weather.
