Recycling Friends836 viewsThe recycling team at Friends Academy has been hard at work. To date, they have recycled 2.705 tons of paper which earned Friends Academy $13.52. In addition they have saved 18 cubic yards of landfill space and 11098 KWH of electricity, which prevented 5.42 tons of carbon dioxide from being released into the atmosphere. Duffy Field835 viewsOn Saturday, November 12, the Tabor turf fields were dedicated to G. Richard "Duff" Duffy, a Class of '56 graduate and member of the Tabor faculty since 1969. In his tenure, Mr. Duffy has shared his love of baseball and squash, and has served as Dean and dorm parent.
