An audience watched the two throw poems like punches during the MAC’s May 3 event, “Dickinson vs. Whitman, the Poetry Knockout!” Stephen Collins was back in the Tri-Town as Walt Whitman, facing off against the Tri-Town’s own Annemarie Fredericks in poetic fisticuffs.

The public was welcome to tour the facilities, and children enjoyed exploring all the engines available at the station. Ready, Set, Go!414 viewsOn Sunday, March 21, 2010 The Marion Cub Scouts Pack 32 revived the annual soap-box derby after a three-year absence. Scouts raced carts down Holmes Street in Marion for a chance to help make their den the fastest in the pack.
