Marion Natural History Museum241 viewsOn February 9, the Marion Natural History Museum hosted a presentation on Native American sites in and around Marion. Principal Investigator Erin Flynn from Public Archaeology Labs, Inc. (PAL) in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, gave an excellent presentation including many locally found artifacts in the museum's collection and others. This year, Davin wanted to do more. He held raffles, raising $3,470 in donations that he used to buy and donate food, adding two more outlets, the Marion Food Bank at the Cushman Community Center and Damien’s Food Pantry in neighboring Wareham.
