The Marion Town House renovation project, as approved by residents at last year’s Spring Town Meeting, is on schedule and expected to finish in late-summer. The Town House was closed, and renovations began in September 2025, with work seeing the building become Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant, addition of a fire-suppression system, HVAC installation, and an internal lift.
