The Marion Natural History Museum community group enjoyed a presentation on Horseshoe Crabs last week. The museum wishes to thank Derek Perry, Invertebrate Fisheries biologist from Massachusetts Department of Marine Fisheries, for sharing his expertise with us. Although there are many hurdles to overcome for these amazing animals, there is reason for hope, given some of the fieldwork results provided by the many volunteers who monitor our beaches.
