In front of the Marion Art Center, Tim Wade carved out an ice sculpture of a train on December 13, an unseasonably warm December day. The MAC reported several phone calls concerning the heat and whether the event would be canceled. Wade made his icy creation despite the warmth, as he has done for 10 years. Photos by Jean Perry
