Rochester Historical Society

This month, our Wednesday meeting and program will be August 19 at 7:00 pm at the Museum at 355 County Road. The program is “The Life of a Revolutionary Soldier,” presented by Malcolm Phinney. If you come at 6:30 pm, you can take in some of our current exhibit, “Rochester and the Revolution.” As always, good refreshments and conversations will be available after the program.

Dates to view the exhibit will be at different times throughout the summer. You can find them here and hopefully on the town Facebook page. If you’re looking for something different to do with a kid (8 years old or older is best), come and do our exhibit scavenger hunt and win a prize. The museum will be open on Wednesday, August 12 from 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm.
