Saturday, August 22 at noon – 50th Anniversary Plaque Dedication Ceremony (all ages): The Rochester Historic Commission will be presenting a plaque to the Joseph H. Plumb Memorial Library in honor of our 50th anniversary, almost exactly 50 years from when Plumb Library opened on August 18, 1976, and 150 years from when the Rochester Free Public Library opened on August 19, 1876. Celebrate with us.
