Her tenure has seen remarkable growth in programs targeting diverse ages, interests, and audiences, as well as the distinction of helping make Mattapoisett into the town with the highest percentage of library cardholders in the system. I honor Susan as well – She really made the Mattapoisett Library one of the best libraries in the area, She was also helpful and would let you use her office computer or printer if there were problems with the one in the library resource area. She was always pleasant and willing to help in any way she could. I admire her professionalism and desire to expand upon the activities and use of the library that would benefit its patrons, I will miss her greatly.
