The Town of Mattapoisett is requesting sealed bids from General Contractors for the construction of the Town Highway Dept. Garage: Phase One in Mattapoisett, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Stephen Kelleher Architects, Inc.. Bid Forms and Contract Documents shall be available online at www.Projectdog.com beginning on March 27, 2024. Log in and enter the Project Code #861005 in the search box and select "Acquire Documents" for a free, downloadable bid set. Hard copy documents may also be viewed, but not removed, from the Mattapoisett Town Hall, 16 Main Street, Mattapoisett, MA. Neither Owner nor Architect shall be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than Projectdog Inc. General Bids will be received until 2:00 pm, prevailing time, on April 26, 2024 and publicly opened online, forthwith. Filed sub-bids for the trades listed in the documents will be received until 2:00 pm, prevailing time, on April 12, 2024 and opened online, forthwith. The undersigned is submitting an Environmental Notification Form ("ENF") to the Secretary of Energy & Environmental Affairs on or before March 15, 2024.
This will initiate review of the above project pursuant to the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act ("MEPA," M.G.L. c. 30, ss. 61-62L). Copies of the ENF may be obtained from:
