The Town of Mattapoisett is requesting sealed bids from General Contractors for the construction of the Town Highway Dept. Garage: Phase One in Mattapoisett, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Stephen Kelleher Architects, Inc.. Bid Forms and Contract Documents shall be available online at www.Projectdog.com beginning on March 27, 2024. Log in and enter the Project Code #861005 in the search box and select "Acquire Documents" for a free, downloadable bid set. Hard copy documents may also be viewed, but not removed, from the Mattapoisett Town Hall, 16 Main Street, Mattapoisett, MA. Neither Owner nor Architect shall be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than Projectdog Inc. General Bids will be received until 2:00 pm, prevailing time, on April 26, 2024 and publicly opened online, forthwith. PROJECT: Marion Shared Use Path
LOCATION: Marion, MA
PROPONENT: Town of Marion
The undersigned is submitting an Environmental Notification Form ("ENF") to the Secretary of Energy & Environmental Affairs on or before March 15, 2024.
This will initiate review of the above project pursuant to the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act ("MEPA," M.G.L. c. 30, ss. 61-62L). Copies of the ENF may be obtained from:

Electronic copies of the ENF are also being sent to the Conservation Commission and Planning Board of Marion, MA.
The Secretary of Energy & Environmental Affairs will publish notice of the ENF in the Environmental Monitor, receive public comments on the project, and then decide if an Environmental Impact Report is required. A site visit and/or remote consultation session on the project may also be scheduled. All persons wishing to comment on the project, or to be notified of a site visit and/or remote consultation session, should email MEPA@mass.gov or the MEPA analyst listed in the Environmental Monitor. Requests for language translation or other accommodations should be directed to the same email address.
