Cookies With Care1063 viewsSixth grade students at Old Hammondtown School in Mattapoisett recently prepared baskets of homemade cookies and other goodies as part of their eighth annual holiday program. With help from parents, teachers and staff, the students baked some 1,440 cookies to be packaged in about 130 handmade baskets for distribution to Mattapoisett seniors and shut-ins.
