By the Numbers643 viewsOn Monday morning February 23, Congressman Barney Frank honored 54 students from Old Rochester Regional Senior High School for scoring in the top 25th percentile in the National Financial Literacy Challenge. These 54 students topped out in a pool of over 75,000 test takers after taking extensive Junior Achievement classes on budgeting, saving and investing, credit, identity protection and risk management.
