Rochester Christmas Tree Lighting386 viewsRochester held its annual tree lighting on Monday night, December 7, in front of the Town Hall. Hundreds attended and greeted jolly old Saint Nick as he rode in on the town’s new yellow fire tower truck. The officers raised over $1,500 letting their facial hair grow out, a no-no for the rest of the year for the officers. The addition was dedicated to contractor Matthew Sherman, who passed away before completion of the project.
