He graduated in 1994 from U.S. Military Academy and achieved successive ranks to become a full colonel in 2015. Alpacapalooza! 464 viewsPine Meadows Farm in Mattapoisett is home to some 17 alpacas. Owners Heidi and Jeff Paine opened up the farm to the public over the weekend once the weather cleared.
