Sassy466 viewsMeet Sassy who has spent 16 years taking care of her humans and for many years was a fixture on the Mattapoisett wharves. Originally purchased by Mattapoisett ACO Kathy Massey, Sassy was then acquired from Massey when she was just a few weeks old by Arthur and Irene Frates. More than a decade later, Sassy still provides love and tenderness to the remaining members of her two-legged family, Arthur and Irene’s son, Robert, and his wife Elizabeth. Rob and Elizabeth feel “blessed” and call Sassy a “saint.”
