The show was a creative, educational collaboration between grade 4 teachers, music teachers Sue Audette and Chris Williamson, and art teacher Joanne Smith. Quoting RMS Principal Derek Medeiros: "This grade 4 production is a wonderful representation of our goal to ensure global experiences for our students through our strategic and school improvement plans.

Multicultural Festival 456 viewsThe local AFS (American Field Service) held a multicultural festival on Saturday, February 6, 2010 at the Center School in Mattapoisett. The festival included several stations that displayed information about different cultures from around the world. Exchange students from Thailand, Panama and Northern Germany also enjoyed the festivities.
