‘Into Orbit’ Space Club460 views‘Into Orbit’ Space Club is currently running for the second year in a row. Students in grades 5 and 6 spend 12 weeks learning about robotics and coding, using First Lego League curriculum and EV3 robots, as well as participating in space-themed STEM challenges.

Distributive Education Clubs of America460 viewsOld Rochester is proud to welcome DECA (Distributive Education Clubs of America) to its plethora of extracurricular activities. DECA is a program dedicated to preparing young students for the real world. Specifically, it focuses on a wide variety of business subjects, from management to accounting to tourism. There is something for everyone to do in DECA, and there is something for everyone to get out of DECA. There are over 250,000 members nationwide, and a striking 50 students at Old Rochester.

Class of 2020 460 viewsGraduating seniors in the Old Rochester Regional High School Class of 2020 drove around to the back of the school building on May 28, where they were greeted by faculty and administration. After arriving in order of homeroom to ensure safe spacing, the seniors turned in textbooks and received yearbooks, a surprise COVID-19 gift bag, and a long-sleeve t-shirt decorated with the mascot Bulldog and the word ‘Quarantine’ spelled across the front. Gifts To Give encourages Southcoast students to volunteer for their community. Students help organize collection drives or can work a "shift" at the New Bedford processing warehouse. Tabor Dedication459 viewsOn Saturday, November 12, the Tabor turf fields were dedicated to G. Richard "Duff" Duffy, a Class of '56 graduate and member of the Tabor faculty since 1969. In his tenure, Mr. Duffy has shared his love of baseball and squash, and has served as Dean and dorm parent.
