ORR Cheer!489 viewsSaturday September, 26th,during the home game against Bourne the ORR varsity cheerleaders performed a halftime routine with tri town future cheerleaders. The elementary age cheerleaders took part in a clinic, offered by the ORR cheerleaders in August where they learned some cheers, jumps and a half time routine. The ACE numbered 55 musicians this year, ranging from 11 to 18 years of age. The young musicians include residents from Mattapoisett, Marion, Fairhaven, Acushnet, Dartmouth, New Bedford and Westport. The fourth, fifth, and sixth grade students have met her challenge at Old Hammondtown School (OHS). Over the course of the school year, staff members were asked to note students’ acts of kindness towards others.
