Tabor Academy214 viewsBy the numbers, the Tabor Academy community service co-curricular has produced this winter: 300 cookies and 22 lasagnas for local senior citizens and the Good Shepherd Church; 6 tables set and 48 place settings for 8 weekly dinners for local people in need; dozens of toys cleaned and prepared for local children; pounds of trash collected from local beaches; 10 hours volunteering at elementary school programs; and many news friends, including 1 iguana. ORR Spirit Week213 viewsThe culmination of Old Rochester Regional High School’s Spirit Week was a pep rally held after October 7 classes in the gymnasium. ORR sophomores performed a Wizard of Oz skit, and the ORR Bulldog joined Dorothy and company. The seniors displayed a "Back in Time/Back to the Future" theme, featuring a cleverly constructed “Delorean,” a colorful aerobics class, lots of action and energetic music with Marty McFly and Doc Brown characters joined by the heroic Bulldog.
