Emma is a student of art teacher Greta Anderson at Old Hammondtown School. The school received a Kousa Dogwood tree from the state to plant on the O.H.S. grounds, as shown in the picture. Emma’s classmates helped to plant this beautiful tree for all to enjoy for years to come. Congratulations to Emma and Ms. Anderson for a great job

Spot201 viewsKevin Garell from Boston Dynamics brought a robot named "Spot" for a lively demonstration at Rochester Memorial School. With assistance from his son Gavin, Mr. Garell showed off some of Spot's "training" and capabilities. The demonstration was the culmination of a series of projects during which Grade 6 students took on a challenge from NASA to design robotic devices with specific functions.
